分析了对定点医疗机构进行监管的意义;论述了形成严谨和系统监管思路的重要性;探讨了对定点医疗机构进行监管的具体思路,即首先分析定点医疗机构不规范行为产生的原因、动机及表现形式,然后确定需要监管的目标、范围及重点领域,最后围绕重点领域有针对性的研究监管对策、寻求监管途径和制定监管措施。 |

This paper analyzed the importance of monitoring and management to certified hospital and the conformation of regulative and systematic thinking way. It explored the specific way of how to monitor and manage the certified hospital.
